Sarah N. Rubury

Attorney Sarah N. Rubury joined Wescott Law in 2016, having previously practiced in New York. In January 2022, Sarah became a Partner and Director of the firm. A 2013 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Sarah also graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College of Middle Tennessee State University. She is admitted to practice in the Courts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Sarah gained extensive experience handling complex insurance litigation at Wilson Elser in New York. While in law school, she worked as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, and Innovative Business Law Group. In the course of these positions, she focused on litigation, business, real estate and employment law matters for small and mid-sized companies.

Sarah now focuses her legal practice on commercial and residential real estate matters, as well as estate planning, probate administration, business law, and select litigation matters. 

Sarah is committed to being an active member of her community. She currently serves as President of the Belknap County Bar Association, and is a member of the Town of Rumney Planning Board and the Grafton County Development Corporation Board of Directors.
