Mark E. Waldner, Jr.

Mark E. Waldner, Jr. joined Wescott Law as an Associate Attorney in May 2022. A graduate of The University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, Mark successfully completed the prestigious Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program. Prior to joining the Firm as an Associate Attorney, Mark practiced for over a year as a student attorney in the law school’s Criminal Practice Clinic and handled a variety of matters during his extended clerkship with Wescott Law. During law school, Mark also completed an internship with The Ventilator Project, focusing on helping with the critical ventilator shortage during the pandemic. 

A 2019 graduate of the University of Connecticut, Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in psychology. Mark always knew that he wanted to become a lawyer, and his background in psychology makes him uniquely suited to providing a holistic approach to client matters. 

Mark is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He is also a member of Collaborative Divorce New Hampshire, a group whose goal is to have parties work cooperatively during tumultuous personal times. Mark grew up in Connecticut, where he developed a passion for all things outdoors. Outside of the office, Mark enjoys taking advantage of New Hampshire’s high peaks, where he can be found skiing, hiking, rock climbing, and camping. A die-hard fan of the UConn Huskies and the Dallas Cowboys, Mark also spends time at the beach and searching for the best live music that New Hampshire has to offer.
