Attorney Kyle Amell joined Wescott Law in January 2021. A cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School, Kyle practiced for over a year as a student attorney in two of the school’s clinics – the Boston College Defenders and Civil Litigation Clinic. During law school, Kyle also completed internships for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and the National Environmental Law Center. He became familiar with Wescott Law during his final year at Boston College, when he joined the firm as a law clerk.
A 2013 graduate of St. Lawrence University, Kyle received his Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Government and minoring in Economics. He worked for a period as a paralegal in the Boston area, both for a county prosecutor’s office and in-house counsel for a large energy firm before pursuing law school.
Kyle is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire as a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association. Kyle grew up in the Adirondacks of New York, where he developed a passion for all things outdoors. Outside of the office, Kyle enjoys taking advantage of New Hampshire’s high peaks, where he can be found snowboarding, hiking, and camping. A die-hard fan of the Boston Red Sox and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Kyle also spends time playing guitar and searching for New England’s best takeout.
Kyle offers general legal services, focusing primarily on Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense.
