Job Opportunity: Experienced Litigation or Family Law Attorney


We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Law or Litigation Attorney to join our team. Our main office is located in Laconia, with satellite offices in Plymouth and Meredith.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle cases and courtroom appearances with professionalism and expertise.
  • Provide sound counsel, draft legal documents, and negotiate settlements.
  • Manage a caseload, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with the support team to ensure timely and accurate case handling.
  • Uphold the firm’s core values of respect, professionalism, and diligence in all client and court interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active New Hampshire bar membership and eligibility to practice law.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in family law and/or litigation.
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures and the ability to navigate complex cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
